Sensei Chris began his karate journey in 2000, training under Sensei Russ Peters 6th Dan Black Belt at FSKA Bracknell and trains weekly under Sensei Russ Peters. Sensei Chris trained weekly with Sensei Ron Silverthorne 8th Dan Black Belt in Crawley until 2024.
Sensei Chris has also attended many seminars training under Kancho Kenneth Funakoshi, and several other seminars including Kancho Soke Kanazawa, Nobuaki Kanazawa, Masao Kagawa Shihan, Sensei Scott Langly, Sensei Matt Price, Iain Abernethy,
Sensei Chris has also competed in Many competitions locally and international wining many trophies and medals. Kumite is where Sensei Chris had most suscsess but also Kata
The club is now very popular within Bracknell & Wokingham. Sensei Chris is a Senior Instructor & teaches Shotokan Karate to both beginners and advanced students at St Teresas School, Wokingham.
