Monday Karate Classes.
FSKA Bracknell & Wokingham is a friendly, positive place to learn Shotokan Karate. Come and join us on Monday evening training classes, where the class will be geared toward teaching the basic skills of Karate in a fun and relaxed environment. You will be able to train with both lower grades and Black belts covering the FSKA Karate curriculum which offers variety for all grades.
Shotokan karate training is a physically demanding activity, but we recognise and respect everyone as an individual, with their own personal strengths and weaknesses. Progress and fitness is entirely at your own pace. Karate training is good for the entire family. Compared to most sports, karate is something that parents and children can do together, while also developing their physical and mental strength.
Learning Shotokan karate teaches the values of respect, courtesy, honesty and integrity that are the foundations of the Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Association ethos.
Sensei Russ Peters also offers personal lessons for anyone wishing to either boost their training already. or learn with one to one training
